Last updated: January 2026
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 80000 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any of the stated terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the operator of 80000. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The 80000 platform is available exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above who are legally eligible under local laws to use online entertainment services. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
To access the full range of 80000 services, you must register a valid account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, email address, and phone number. 80000 reserves the right to verify your identity through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time, particularly during withdrawal processing.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 80000 support immediately.
80000 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
80000 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.
All financial transactions on the 80000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods approved by the platform, including local bank transfers, supported e-wallets, and other methods that may be added from time to time.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change without prior notice. Users are responsible for checking the current limits before making any transaction.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. 80000 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times vary by method, typically between one and twenty-four business hours.
Any attempt to carry out fraudulent transactions, unauthorised chargebacks, or abuse of the payment system will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action. Funds linked to fraudulent activity may be frozen while an investigation is conducted.
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 80000 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform. This includes but is not limited to losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, cyberattacks, or other factors beyond our control.
Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming activities carry financial risk and that 80000 does not guarantee any winnings or returns. The outcome of all games and bets is final.
All content on the 80000 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, source code, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of 80000 or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 80000.
The 80000 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. 80000 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access those links entirely at their own risk.
80000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are suspended due to a violation may not be entitled to a refund of their remaining balance, depending on the nature of the breach.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all remaining funds must be withdrawn. Unclaimed funds after the stipulated period may be subject to our internal policies.
80000 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page along with the date of update. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual discussion between both parties. If no resolution can be reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
